43 year old male, approached with symptoms of chest pain, Making note of his health conditions, his life style, his eating patterns and his doctors advice, designed a protocol under dlife LCHF.
As a matter of primary concern, started with portion control as the first step. First week, there was no walking or exercise included. Second week, cooking oils changed and proper 20:20:60 dlife LCHF protocol along with some supplements which were required as per this condition was started.
The protocol continued with good amount of saturated fats in the diet, after educating him about the need of fats in the diet. Daily BP recordings showed average 120/70. His chest pain vanished, he could walk comfortably, his sleep improved.
The first ECG had Qtc interval 488ms which is prolonged, risk for arrhythmia. T wave morphology suggested mild repolarization stress.
The second ecg had Qtc interval 442ms which was normal, reducing arrhythmia risk significantly. T wave was upright and symmetric, indicating better ventricular recovery. R wave progression improved suggesting reduced anterior wall strain.
There was no chest pain observed.
His BP medicine and statin was stopped by his doctor. His blood sugar was also under control.
