GENERAL UNDERSTANDING

Q1. What exactly is dLife, and how is it different from a regular nutritionist or doctor?

dLife is a metabolic consulting platform focused on root causes of chronic conditions like diabetes, PCOS, NAFLD, obesity, and insulin resistance.
Unlike a typical nutritionist who may focus on calorie counting or a doctor who manages symptoms through medications, dLife uses food as a tool for metabolic recovery, with weekly mentorship and real-time plan adjustments based on your progress.

Q2. Do I have to stop my medications?
No. We do not interfere with your medication regimen.
We focus on improving your lifestyle and lab markers, and your doctor may reduce or discontinue medications if your body starts responding well to the dietary protocol. dLife will also have a panel of medical doctors to support protocols and dosage modifications as necessary. Each plan comes with at least ONE zoon call session with dLife-trained doctors.

Q3. Is this like keto or an extreme diet?
No. dLife follows a therapeutic low-carb approach, personalized to your lab data, goals, and food preferences. We do not enforce rigid macros of imported diets. Your mentor will build a safe, Indian food–based plan adapted to your condition and based on the 20:20:60 dLife protocol.

Q4. Will I need to cook complicated meals or follow meal plans I can’t afford?
Not at all. dLife plans are designed around available ingredients in your kitchen, and we respect both budget and time constraints. If needed, your mentor can guide you on batch-cooking, eating out safely, and choosing from local foods.

Q5. I live outside India. Can I still sign up?
Yes. dLife supports clients globally. All plans are shared online, and your mentor will work with your time zone and available food choices.
