This 36year Male, Mr. M does regular gym but still his hba1c was in diabetic range.
Understanding the body, his life style, his type of workout, tailored a dlife LCHF plan with 20:20:60, helped him understand what the body needs to be nourished.
His diet was home made with protein on target, low carb planned systematically can help build muscles. He did not use whey protein.
Carbs less than 80grams per day.
Protein started with 1.5g per kgbw and went on to (2 – 2.5g)
Vitamin D and B12 was supplemented along with Mg.
He stopped pre workout and started using lemon water with salt during workout, this helped him with much better recovery.
For fat, he used VCO, ghee.
During the course of this progress, added few exercises, functional workout. No HIIT. Jogging at speed 6 or 6.5 for not more than 10 minutes once a week.
No fancy workouts were given. Stick to the basics.
